Here’s what your daughter or son needs to bring to Swax Lax Lacrosse camps and clinics.

Girls’ lacrosse stick—please don’t bring mini-sticks or fiddlesticks—see Helpful Hint below.
Mouthguard (required for all)
Goggles (required for all)
Water bottle—no sports drinks are allowed on the turf fields or gym floors
Sneakers—cleats are optional for outdoor clinics

Gloves

Optional equipment for 3rd graders: helmet, shoulder pads, arm pads, and cup
Water bottle—no sports drinks are allowed on the turf fields or gym floors
Sneakers—cleats are optional for outdoor clinics but play is on turf fields

Helpful Hint for lacrosse sticks: We suggest using a local lacrosse store rather than Dick’s or Walmart. Local shops are much more likely to have knowledgeable staff available to answer your questions.
